African Turquoise is said to allow the wearer to embrace life with confidence, positivity and calmness. It has a soothing, yet self-assured energy.

African Turquoise isn't really turquoise, however, it is in fact a chalcedony, similar to agate, but with irregular and opaque natural patterns. African turquoise is found in Africa, and its name comes from its resemblance to turquoise, which has similar blue-green hues.
