Lodalite (aka Garden Quartz) is a Shamanic Dream Crystal. It is used for enhancing daydreaming practices & Shamanic divining. Shamans have also been known to use them for vision quests & to bring about healings for others.
Its energy is very gentle and soft. It’s like a portal into another dimension. This makes it an excellent aid in meditation and astral travel. Its powerful but soothing energies can instantly put you in a deep meditative state.
